Unpowered galvanized roller system
The non-powered galvanized roller system is robust and maintenance-free, suitable for harsh industrial environments. Its hot-dip galvanized construction provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the precision-balanced rollers ensure smooth, vibration-free material handling, even under heavy loads.

Rotating auxiliary wheel
The durable rubber rotating auxiliary wheel features a high-strength nitrile rubber construction with steel-reinforced core, delivering exceptional wear resistance and load-bearing capacity (up to 15kg/cm²) while maintaining smooth 360° rotation.

Interchangeable head system
The roller surface is treated with a special white protective coating that provides multiple protective properties: the coating material is strong and wear-resistant, effectively resisting scratches and collisions in daily use; its excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties make it suitable for high-humidity environments, protecting the metal substrate from moisture corrosion; the bright white surface is not only beautiful, but also improves the lighting reflectivity of the work area.

A3: The machinery part maintenance will be sustained in one year after installation and we have abroad warehouse and office for spare part in brazil and Russia, our engineer will arrive your factory to maintain the machine at first time if have problem.
Q4: What is the payment term?
A4: We can accept TT with 30% deposit and 70% balance against loading bill or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
