Precision Synchronous Drive System
Equipped with a precision gearbox, servo motor, and synchronous shaft, the machine ensures the grinding heads on both sides move in perfect sync, moving toward or away from each other. This allows the machine to maintain perfect symmetry in bevel angles and seams on both sides, ensuring smooth joints, even when processing panels of varying widths.


Perfect Finish Product
The joints between the bevel-grinded panels are extremely subtle and smooth, almost indistinguishable by touch. This provides a perfect base for subsequent lamination, sanding, and high-quality veneers (such as veneer and melamine paper). It avoids quality defects such as show-through, dents, or noticeable joint marks in the finishing material caused by uneven joints, ultimately producing products of higher quality and value.

Precise and Controllable Geometric Dimensions
Utilizing high-precision guides, servo motors, and a CNC system, the machine rigorously controls the bevel angle (e.g., a slope of 1:10 or 1:12), grinding length, and straightness. This microscopic precision ensures that the bevels of any two veneers are perfectly mirror-symmetrical and seamlessly interlock, fundamentally avoiding misalignment or height differences caused by dimensional deviations after splicing.
