Plywood chipper
The plywood chipper is designed specifically for processing scraps from plywood production. It efficiently crushes waste veneer, veneer, and other raw materials into uniform chips sized 15-30mm, achieving 100% waste recycling. It utilizes a wear-resistant alloy blade roller and an intelligent anti-jamming system, with a processing capacity of 3-5 tons/hour. Compared to traditional crushing equipment, it consumes 35% less energy. Its integrated dust removal interface ensures clean production, significantly improving the plywood mill's waste processing efficiency and economic benefits.

1. Efficient Crushing: Utilizing a high-strength alloy blade roller and optimized cutting design, it quickly shreds plywood scraps, waste veneer, and other materials into uniform chips, delivering high processing capacity and significantly improving waste handling efficiency.

Custom blades
The plywood chipper is equipped with customized heat-treated blades, which are forged from special high-carbon chromium alloy steel and undergo vacuum quenching + cryogenic treatment processes. They have high hardness and wear resistance that is 2 times higher than that of ordinary blades.

Finished chips
1) Uniform Size: Controlled by an adjustable screen, over 90% of the chips are regular flakes with consistent thickness, allowing them to be used directly as particleboard raw material or biomass fuel without secondary sorting.
2) Fiber Integrity: Utilizing fiber-aligned cutting technology, the wood chip surface is smooth and burr-free, with over 80% fiber structure retention, significantly improving bonding strength during recycling.

Overall sturdy and durable
The plywood chipper features a heavy-duty, integrated steel structure, crafted using a cutting and forming process, ensuring exceptional stability under high loads. Its core crushing chamber is welded from thickened steel plates, coupled with a high-precision dynamically balanced blade shaft and reinforced bearing housing, enabling it to continuously crush hardwoods for extended periods without deformation.

Feeding unit
The feed unit is equipped with thickened manganese steel rollers and self-cleaning grooves, effectively feeding various types of plywood scraps, bent veneer, and other irregular waste materials. A bidirectional hydraulic pressure system adaptively adjusts the gap between the rollers, and a serrated anti-rebound baffle ensures continuous and smooth wood feeding.
