The veneer comes from the veneer lathe by processing wood, and wood has humidity, especially for some hardwood, clients will boil them before peeling, therefore, the peeled veneer moisture is high, different wood veneer species will be different, usually between 40-70%. And veneer sheets are materials for making kinds of products like plywood panel, furniture and other wooden products, obviously, such high humidity will be impossible for the production.
Thats why veneer drying line are necessary. The big advantage of veneer drying line is that it can satisfy kinds of drying capacity per day, because it can be different floors, width, and sections. For the veneer drying lines, it includes two types, one is roller type plywood drying equipment, another is plywood drying equipment, their biggest difference is that the convey way different, the first one by roller convey veneers, the latter by mesh convey veneers. After drying veneers, the end veneer humidity usually be 5%-10%, and it is suitable to make the end product. because after dryed veneer, workers will coating glue on veneer surface by glue spreader, and lay them up.

HEATING RADIATOR
The heating oil or steam will flow in the radiator and the heating fan absorb the hot air from the radiator, it's an important part to transform from hot oil to hot air, its efficiency also have a conspicuous influence to the veneer dryer capacity. Our radiator adopt special heating material to guarantee the heating power utilization ratio.
HIGH QUALITY MESH BELT
When drying face veneer which thickness is less than 1mm, this kind of mesh belt dryer will be better, can promise the veneer transfer smoothly, reduce the probability of broken, this mesh belt adopt stainless steel, easy to maintain if damaged.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM
This feeding system can load veneer automatically, don't need labor to feed the veneer, espcially for big size veneer, it's easy to damage in feeding by manual, generate a serious wasting, and more useful for the dryer that more than 2 layers, reduce more operators and increase the drying capacity.
