PRESS TYPE VENEER DRYER
The press type veneer dryer uses grooved hot platens and a hydraulic pressing system to dry core veneer through direct and uniform heat transfer. Hot oil circulates through the platens, while the grooves help release moisture from the veneer. This method reduces uneven drying, warping and cracking, helping maintain stable veneer quality for plywood production.
The machine is available with 12 or 15 openings and is designed for veneer up to 2700 mm wide. With a processing capacity of 0.7–1 m³/h, it provides a compact solution for small and medium plywood factories. The heavy-duty welded frame, synchronized closing mechanism and simple operation support stable production with low maintenance. Drying time and temperature can be adjusted according to wood species, veneer thickness and initial moisture content.
THE PRESS PLATEN
Grooved hot press platen, special for core veneer dryer use, easy to breath out moisture when drying.make the drying effect better.hot plate has a favorable tide exhaust groove on both sides, which makes veneer exhaust moisture fast and efficiently.
STEAMLESS TUBE PLATE
Its hot plate is produced by the seamless steel pipe. Good performance for air-tightness.It is suitable for drying the core veneer to solve high moisture content problemafter peeling. Low cost, low investment, installed dimension is small.
The working layers quantity can be designed according to client's requirement.
