2. This drying  machine is specially for the customer demanding large production capacity, so it has the particular function to be able to dry face veneer, back veneer, long middle-thickness veneer, middle-thickness veneer with various dimension, middle-thickness veneer with cut to length etc.
   

3. This machine adopts air flow circulation system of air pressure type and top centrifugal blower, they have features of high air pressure and large air volume. The radiator adopts the structure of steel & aluminum composite, and it has large heat radiation area and good heat radiation effect.

4. In this dryer, the air flow is circulated horizontally and sprayed vertically to dry the veneer, and the veneer is transported by couples of rollers and mesh belt..

HEATING FANS

    Adopt high power heating centrifugal fans, this fan can supply stronger suction and blow it on the veneer surface, Most of the moisture in veneer is taken away by this heating wind, not the high temperature, so this roller drying machine capacity is much better than traditional model.

HEATING RADIATOR

       The heating oil or steam will flow in the radiator and the heating fan absorb the hot air from the radiator, it's an important part to transform from hot oil to hot air, its efficiency also have a conspicuous influence to the veneer dryer capacity. Our radiator adopt special heating material to guarantee the heating power utilization ratio.

HIGH QUALITY MESH BELT

       When drying face veneer which thickness is less than 1mm, this kind of mesh belt dryer will be better, can promise the veneer transfer smoothly, reduce the probability of broken, this mesh belt adopt stainless steel, easy to maintain if damaged.

AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM

    This feeding system can load veneer automatically, don't need labor to feed the veneer, espcially for big size veneer, it's easy to damage in feeding by manual, generate a serious wasting, and more useful for the dryer that more than 2 layers, reduce more operators and increase the drying capacity. This is an optional device, can choose it according to customer demands.
