       The upper and lower double-frame sander sands both sides of the plate synchronously through the upper and lower sand frames, completing rough grinding and fine polishing in one go, greatly improving efficiency without turning over the plate; the upper and lower sand frames can independently adjust the pressure and sanding belt mesh (such as coarse sand + fine sand combination), accurately control the thickness (accuracy ± 0.1mm), and the heavy-duty structure ensures stable operation.

2. High-Precision, Flexible Control: Two sanding racks independently adjust pressure, speed, and grit to precisely match different materials and process requirements, making it particularly suitable for the refined surface treatment of high-value-added workpieces.

3. Focused Single-Side Optimization: Compared to double-sided sanders, this machine focuses more on single-sided processing quality, avoiding the interference issues associated with simultaneous sanding on both sides. It is particularly suitable for precision repair and polishing of veneers, coatings, or composite materials.

   1) One-touch parameter presets store multiple machining programs, enabling quick switching between different process requirements.

   2) A real-time monitoring system accurately displays key data such as abrasive belt speed, pressure, and machining thickness, with an accuracy of ±0.05mm.

      1) Conventional model uses a steel roller + rubber roller combination for both rough sanding and fine polishing;

      2) Heavy-duty industrial model features a dual-steel roller structure, designed for high-load, constant-thickness sanding.

                                        

                

Vacuum adsorption feeding conveyor

    The vacuum adsorption feeding and conveying system is specially designed for thin plywood. It adopts a 5-point negative pressure adsorption layout (4 main adsorption ports + 1 auxiliary dust collection port) to ensure smooth conveying of 0.5-5mm thin boards without warping.

Dust collection port

      The sander adopts the innovative "4+1 high-efficiency dust collection system" design, in which the four main dust collection ports correspond to the coarse grinding area and fine polishing area of the upper and lower sand racks respectively, and adopts negative pressure dust suction technology to achieve directional collection of dust in the sanding area; one central auxiliary dust collection port is equipped with a cyclone separation device to specifically deal with suspended dust and scattered wood chips from corners.
