The machine has functions such as unilateral oblique grinding, bilateral oblique grinding, stable adjustment of grinding width, thickness and angle, and unilateral automatic rolling cutting. It can automatically cut the uneven end edges of the core board during the drying process, which completely solves the shortcomings of insufficient splicing strength of plywood core boards, and solves many disadvantages of layering and loose seams. It can meet the process requirements of veneer wholeing and improve the flat quality of the core board. It is an ideal equipment for producing high-strength high-grade plywood. Its grinding system adopts a novel and practical mechanical structure, which can be rotated 180 degrees left and right, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. Its host adopts a variable-frequency speed motor and a tracked chain drive, and the operation is stable and reliable. The machine has many functions such as unilateral sanding belt oblique grinding, automatic shearing and automatic gluing, and the angle and thickness of oblique grinding can be flexibly adjusted.
