If the log diameter is bigger than 500mm, the circle blade will not be suitable, because the blade diameter will be much bigger and too heavy, in this situation,this Chain blade will be much better, can cut big diameter log more than 1000mm easily
TRIPLE CUTTING BLADE
Adopt two or three sets cutting system to increase the product capacity, The blade will be moved according to the raw log length and cutting size, one set this cutting saw can be matched with three sets veneer peeling line, reduce the investment and avoide more machine maintaince.

Adopt inverter to start the saw, because the saw blade is big and heavy, so the motor power also very big, in order to start the machine smoothly and brake softly when have accident , so choose this soft running method. And there are two different control type. semi-auto and Full automatic method, operator can choose them based on the log quality.
