1.Starting with large-scale log centering and rounding equipment, the production line is equipped with a high-speed peeling machine to convert logs into veneers. Next, the veneer enters the multi-layer dryer for dehumidification, and then is evenly glued by the roller coating gluing machine, and then the automatic assembly machine and large-tonnage hot press are used. Finally, the precision trimming machine trims the size to produce high-quality plywood.
2. The production line integrates hydraulic rounding device and spiral knife peeling machine to improve the efficiency of log processing. The veneer drying adopts heat pump drying technology, and the gluing adopts electrostatic gluing process, combined with multi-layer hot press and CNC trimming equipment, while ensuring quality, it reduces energy consumption.
