PEELING MACHINE
This part is our peeling machine, which peels the single board. The peeling machine uses precise tools and advanced control systems to ensure that the cutting thickness error is controlled within a very small range and the thickness of the board is uniform.
VENEER SPLICING MACHINE
This is our paneling machine, and its precision is a highlight. It uses high-precision positioning technology and advanced mechanical structure to ensure that the gaps between the panels are even and tight, and the panels are extremely flat after being spliced.
COLD PRESS MACHINE
The cold press machine outputs uniform and stable pressure to make each layer of plywood fit tightly together. During the pressing process, it can ensure that the glue fully penetrates. The cold press machine has a simple operation process and a short pressing cycle, which can achieve fast and continuous operation and greatly improve production efficiency.
HOT PRESS MACHINE
The hot press can fully activate the glue under high temperature and high pressure to achieve deep fusion between materials. This high-strength bonding makes the structure of the finished board more stable, and its bending and impact resistance are significantly enhanced.
SANDING MACHINE
The sanding machine uses high-precision sanding belts and advanced grinding systems, which can perform all-round and no-dead-angle grinding on the surface of the board. Whether it is a tiny bump or a slight depression, it can be accurately ground flat, so that the flatness of the board surface reaches the high standards of the industry.
