1. After the log is positioned by the track rounding machine, it enters the double-end peeling machine for processing, and the veneer is dried by the hanging drying line. Subsequently, it is assembled and glued by the roller brush gluing machine, the vertical and horizontal assembly machine and the hot press, and finally the post-processing is completed by the CNC sanding machine and intelligent grading equipment.
2. The plywood production line builds a full-process quality control system. In the rounding stage of logs, the shape of logs is detected by laser scanning; during peeling, the thickness of veneer is monitored in real time by using thickness sensors; during the hot pressing stage, the gluing quality is controlled by using pressure and temperature sensors to ensure stable product quality.
