HYDRAULIC UNIT TO CONTROL CHUCK
Adopt hydraulic unit is used to control chucks, when log diameter is bigger, the outer chuck will clamp the log and when peel to smaller, the outer chuck shirnk automatically and the inner chuck will clamp the log to peel continually. this device can increase the product capacity and improve the log utilization rate greatly.
HORIZONTAL ROLLER PRESSURE
The horizontal pressure can keep the log in straight when peeling, so the veneer thickness can be better, and the pressure is adjusted according to the feeding speed by screw, all those device guarantee the veneer quality.
TURNING POWER
The power for log whirling is 30kw, powerful enough for hard and big log, brand adopt HUALI or Siemens brand, promise the working life and veneer quality
GEAR CHUCKING PLATE
The gear plate and chain wheel is produced by heating treatment, increase the harder and Abrasion resistance in working, those part ensure the matching degree between whirling speed and feeding speed, so the veneer thickness and surface can be best.
CONTROL PANEL
The electric part adopt schneider or Siemens brand, keep the control unit in high level, we can supply differnt languages in control system, more easy for customer to learn the machine.
Operator don't need professional technology to run the machine, the control unit is in high automatic.
WASTE VENEER CONVEYOR
1. Waste veneer conveyor for debarker, after debarker, there is lots of log skin and waste veneer need to clear, this conveyor can transfer them out of workshop
2. Residual log conveyor for peeling machine, after peeling, the residual log diameter will be 30-35mm, need to transfer out of machine and packed them
3. Waste veneer conveyor for stacker, at the beginning of peeling, will produce some waste veneer, need to transfer out through this
