PEELING MACHINE ROLLER

The peeling machine roller use No.45 steel ,ensure the raw material strength, the Roller surface is treated by plating chrome and through heating process , this process can improve the roller hardness and the wear resistance, ensure the veneer machine can work stably and smoothly.

SYNCHRONOUS SERVO MOTOR

This is the high precision synchronous servo motor which is used to control the angle of cam, in peeling process, different log diameter should be matched with different roller diameter to keep the working pressure same. the control unit transport signal to this motor and the motor drive the cam in corrector position to get a suitable pressure to log.

PRESSURE CONTORL CAM

The pressure of log in peeling is adjusted by this high precision cam, in order to keep the pressure same in different log diameter, the angle of cam should be turned in different position, because the log pressure is proportionate in peeling, so the veneer thickness is more equal and the surface is more smooth,this is the kernel of this cam model peeling machine.

MACHINE SCREW AND NUT

The screw and nut are soaked in lubricating oil , reduce the screw wear and radiating Heating quickly, so this part can work with a longer time and ensure the running precision, this is a main factor that promise the veneer quality
