The working principle of the automatic log cutting saw is to send the wood into the sawing area through a chain or conveyor belt, and the alloy saw blade cuts the wood at high speed. The equipment is usually equipped with automatic feeding, clamping, sawing and discharging functions, which can realize continuous operation and greatly improve production efficiency.

TRIPLE CUTTING BLADE
Adopt two or three sets cutting system to increase the product capacity, The blade will be moved according to the raw log length and cutting size, one set this cutting saw can be matched with three sets veneer peeling line, reduce the investment and avoide more machine maintaince.

And there are two different control type. semi-auto and Full automatic method, operator can choose them based on the log quality.
