1. Our hanvy log cutting sawing is made of five main parts: Log cross feeder , Stepper log feeder, Log longitudinal  

    infeeder, circular blade cutting saw, Log longitudinal out-feeder.

2.The first step of cross feeder is 4-chains type to store and sort the log.
3.The round wood flush sawing machine can realize automated operations, continuously input wood, reduce manual opera and improve production efficiency.

4.Saw two types: Chain type or circular saw type, any is ok.

HIGH SPEED STEEL MATERIAL OF SAW BLADE

        High - speed steel saw blades offer sharp cutting edges, high wear - resistance, and can maintain performance at elevated temperatures, ensuring long - lasting, efficient cutting.

CHAIN SAW BLADE

    If the log diameter is bigger than 500mm, the circle blade will not be suitable, because the blade diameter will be much bigger and too heavy, in this situation,this Chain blade will be much better, can cut big diameter log more than 1000mm easily.

                                        

                

TRIPLE CUTTING BLADE

  This three blades can cut 8 feet log into 2 pieces 4 feet log in one time, what's more , it also can trimming the log edge to smooth, when log go to peeling machine, the veneer edge will be also tidiness.

CONTROL UNIT
