This 4 feet plywood production line features an intelligent design, with its core components including an automatic loading conveyor, a hydraulically positioned cutter, a dual-motor rotary cutter, and an intelligent sorting and stacking system. The rotary cutter utilizes a German Siemens servo control system, equipped with an automatic thickness gauge and real-time deviation correction, enabling precise control of the peel thickness from 0.6 to 3.5 mm. The line is also equipped with an automatic log centering system and a veneer defect visual inspection system, ensuring efficient processing of hardwood, maintaining a stable production speed of 35-45 m³/8 hours.
