1. The knife plate and press plate is made of casting steel which is through aging treatment by special process. Stable and never out of shape.
2. The feeding part adopts precise mechanical guide to guarantee accurate cutting size.
3. Pneumatic type is electricity-saving, no oil polution. Hydraulic type is working more stable, lower noise.

Control Panel

Full Copper Motor
The pneumatic clipper uses there phase asyncronous motor which is brake by electromagnetism,and it keeps steady running,sensitive brake, power-saving and not polluting the materials.
Feeding Advance
The automatic feed advancement adopts linear guide and linear guide vice, which ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the feed speed and the accuracy of the feed size.

Oil-water Separator
Prevents water from entering the cylinder, making the work more stable, effectively filtering water vapour from the air and prolonging the service life of pneumatic components.

A4: we can accept TT with 30% deposit and 70% balance against loading bill or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
