Recently, a team from our company traveled to Brazil to visit several partner plywood factories, where they spent time checking the operation status of our production equipment. This trip was part of our ongoing effort to ensure our machines run smoothly and support our clients’ daily production needs. During the visits, our technicians walked through the workshops, closely observing how our peeling machines, hot presses, and other equipment worked on the production lines. They talked with factory workers to learn about their experiences—what worked well, and if there were any small issues in daily use. The feedback was positive: most workers mentioned that the machines kept a steady pace, reduced downtime, and fit well with their production plans. Our team also provided on-site tips to help optimize performance, making sure the equipment could keep up with the factories’ growing output demands.“We value every partnership, and seeing our machines in action on the ground helps us understand our clients better,” said one team member. “Brazil’s plywood industry is growing fast, and we want to make sure our equipment grows with it—reliable, efficient, and ready to meet local needs.”
This visit not only strengthened our connection with Brazilian clients but also gave us new insights to improve our products. We look forward to continuing to support the plywood industry in Brazil and beyond, with quality equipment and dedicated service.
