Process: After the logs are peeled and cut, they are processed into veneers (thickness 0.3~4mm) by CNC rotary cutter and automatically transported to the drying stage.
2. Veneer drying and sorting equipment: drum dryer, infrared detector
Process: After the wet veneers are dried, the AI visual sorting system automatically removes defective products, and qualified veneers are stacked according to grade.
3. Gluing and assembly equipment: automatic glue coating machine, assembly robot
Process: The veneers are evenly glued (phenolic resin/urea-formaldehyde glue) by a four-roll glue coating machine, and the robot arm accurately stacks them into slabs (the number of layers is adjustable).
4. Hot pressing equipment: multi-layer hot press (12 layers, 2000T pressure)
Process: The slabs are cured at high temperature (120~150℃) and high pressure, and the pressing time is intelligently adjusted according to the thickness to ensure that the bonding strength meets the standard.
5. Post-processing and packaging equipment: sanding machine, trimming saw, automatic baling line
Process: After the boards are sanded to a certain thickness and cut to size, they are stacked by an automatic palletizer, wrapped with wrapping film, and labeled for storage.
